PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE ("AGREEMENT" OR "TERMS") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING ANY SERVICE PROVIDED BY IGLOBALSERVE LLC. BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1. PARTIES AND AGREEMENT This Agreement is entered into between iGlobalserve LLC, a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of Michigan ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), and the individual or entity accessing or using our services ("Customer," "Client," "you," or "your"). The term "Services" refers to all booking, coordination, scheduling, and related services provided by iGlobalserve LLC, including but not limited to:

• Vehicle rental booking and coordination with independent third-party providers

• Customer support, communication facilitation, and reservation management

• Use of any website, mobile application, or digital platform operated by iGlobalserve LLC

• Any ancillary or supplementary services as may be offered from time to time

2. NATURE OF SERVICES AND INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR RELATIONSHIPS iGlobalserve LLC operates exclusively as a booking and coordination intermediary. The Company does not own, lease, operate, or maintain any vehicles. All rental services are fulfilled by independent, third-party rental operators ("Providers") who are not employees, agents, or representatives of iGlobalserve LLC. The relationship between iGlobalserve LLC and each Provider is that of independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create an agency, joint venture, partnership, or employment relationship between iGlobalserve LLC and any Provider. iGlobalserve LLC's role is limited to:

• Receiving and processing Customer booking requests

• Confirming availability and pricing with Providers on behalf of Customers

• Facilitating communication between Customers and Providers

• Providing coordination and customer support throughout the rental process

3. BOOKING PROCESS AND CONFIRMATION

3.1 Submission of Booking Request Customers may submit booking requests through the Company's official website, telephone, electronic mail, or such other channels as the Company may designate from time to time. Submission of a booking request does not constitute a confirmed reservation.

All Rights Reserved. | Page 2 iGlobalserve LLC | Legal Documentation Upon receipt of a booking request, iGlobalserve LLC will contact its network of Providers to verify the availability of the requested vehicle type, location, and rental period. Availability is subject to change and is not guaranteed until formal confirmation is issued.

3.3 Pricing and Confirmation Pricing will be communicated to the Customer prior to booking confirmation. All quoted prices are subject to applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges. A binding booking confirmation will be issued solely upon receipt of full payment as outlined in Section 4 below.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

4.1 All payments for Services must be completed in full prior to the issuance of a booking confirmation. iGlobalserve LLC reserves the right to withhold confirmation pending receipt of cleared funds.

4.2 The total amount payable may include: (i) the rental charge as quoted by the Provider; and (ii) a coordination and service fee charged by iGlobalserve LLC for its intermediary services.

4.3 Pricing may vary based on vehicle type, rental duration, geographic location, seasonal demand, and applicable Provider terms. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before any payment obligation is incurred by the Customer.

4.4 All payments must be made through the channels designated by iGlobalserve LLC. The Company is not responsible for payments made outside of its designated channels.

5. CANCELLATIONS, MODIFICATIONS, AND NO-SHOWS

5.1 Cancellation and modification policies are set by the individual Provider and may vary by vehicle, location, and rental duration. Applicable policies will be disclosed to the Customer prior to booking confirmation.

5.2 Service and coordination fees charged by iGlobalserve LLC are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated in writing at the time of booking.

5.3 Customers must provide timely notice of any cancellation or modification in accordance with the applicable Provider policy. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of all amounts paid.

5.4 No-show by the Customer without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation under the applicable Provider policy, and no refunds will be issued. 6. THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER RESPONSIBILITY

6.1 All vehicle rental services are provided directly by independent third-party Providers. iGlobalserve LLC makes no warranty, representation, or guarantee with respect to the quality, safety, legality, or fitness for purpose of any vehicle or service provided by a Provider.

6.2 iGlobalserve LLC shall bear no liability for: • The mechanical condition, cleanliness, or safety of any rental vehicle • Provider-initiated delays, cancellations, or substitutions • Any accident, personal injury, property damage, or financial loss arising from the use of a rental vehicle • Disputes between Customers and Providers regarding any aspect of the rental • Acts or omissions of Provider personnel

6.3 Customers are advised to review the terms and conditions of the applicable Provider prior to accepting any rental.

7. CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIONS AND OBLIGATIONS

By using the Services, the Customer represents, warrants, and agrees that they:

• Are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement

• Will provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in connection with all booking requests

• Hold a valid driver's license and any other documentation required by the applicable Provider or jurisdiction

• Will comply fully with the terms and conditions of the Provider at the time of vehicle pickup and throughout the rental period

• Will not use the rental vehicle for any illegal, unauthorized, or prohibited purpose

• Will promptly report any vehicle damage, accidents, or incidents to the Provider and to iGlobalserve LLC

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IGLOBALSERVE LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THE SERVICES OR THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF ANY PROVIDER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR PERSONAL INJURY. In no event shall the total aggregate liability of iGlobalserve LLC to any Customer exceed the total amount of service fees actually paid by such Customer to iGlobalserve LLC in connection with the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

9. INDEMNIFICATION The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless iGlobalserve LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (i) the Customer's use of the Services; (ii) the Customer's breach of this Agreement; (iii) the Customer's violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (iv) any dispute between the Customer and a Provider.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content, trademarks, logos, service marks, trade names, software, and other intellectual property associated with iGlobalserve LLC are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No license or right is granted by this Agreement to use any intellectual property of the Company.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Michigan. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Notice of material changes will be provided via email or website posting. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes the Customer's acceptance of such changes.

13. SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of iGlobalserve LLC to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT This Agreement, together with any Provider-specific terms communicated at the time of booking, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

• The availability of any specific vehicle type, make, model, or class

• The accuracy of pricing until such pricing is formally confirmed in writing

• Continuous or uninterrupted availability of any Service feature or platform

Final availability and pricing are confirmed solely upon issuance of a written booking confirmation by iGlobalserve LLC.

3. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IGLOBALSERVE LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Subject to the foregoing, the maximum aggregate financial liability of iGlobalserve LLC in connection with any single booking shall not exceed the total service fees paid by the Customer to iGlobalserve LLC for that specific booking.
